That said, the use of essential oils is a very effective way to combat the overwhelming effects of stress in a natural way. There are various ways to use essential oils such as applying them directly to the skin, inhaling them from a bottle, diffusing them in water or adding them to your hygiene products. 1. Jatamansi Oil

This essential oil is obtained from the peel of Citrus Bergamia, a fragrant citrus fruit.
