Hi there — I’m Kate!

I am an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, educator, and speaker who brings a grounded, heart-centered voice to the modern yoga world. As the Yoga Director at YogaRenew, one of the largest and most respected online yoga teacher training schools, I’ve trained thousands of yoga teachers across the globe. My teaching style blends vinyasa and yin yoga with Positive Psychology, nervous system awareness, and real-world leadership skills — helping teachers and seekers alike step into alignment with their values, voice, and vision.

I’m a mother of two (with a third on the way), passionate about redefining success through the lens of presence, purpose, and sustainability — on and off the mat!
