A Day in the Life
Wake up to an uplifting morning yoga practice and a soothing sound bath meditation in savasana.
After morning yoga, savor a sumptuous breakfast feast to fuel your day, followed by leisurely moments by the pool or the opportunity to explore the charming nearby city.
Wind down in the late afternoon with a mindful meditation, yin yoga, or journaling practices, fostering connection, purpose, and clarity within yourself.
Indulge in a variety of evening activities, including cooking and wine tasting classes that promise a delectable journey into Sicilian cuisine as well as, gourmet dinners from the Michelin Star Restaurants on site at this stunning seaside resort!

Accommodations & Pricing
As a way to build community, we've opted for shared room accommodations. As a guest, you'll be staying in one of Therasia Resort's gorgeous rooms with two beds. If you know another friend who is going, you can room with them, or if you're traveling solo, we will send out a questionnaire ahead of the trip to help match you with a like minded roommate.
All bookings are subject to a 3.5% credit card fee. To avoid paying the fee, you can pay by writing a check for the full amount, or payment plan, made out to: "YogaRenew Hoboken". You can mail or drop off checks to YogaRenew, 12 Hudson Place, Ste 201, Hoboken, NJ, 07030
Transportation
Here's how to get to the resort:
1. From the United States or Canada: Book a flight to Paris, Barcelona, London, Madrid, Milan, or Rome
2. Take a short flight on Ryan Air to Catania International Airport
3. Meet us at 12 noon at Catania Airport (CTA) on Monday, July 8th! We've arranged the rest of the transportation from here. Together, we'll take a car and scenic ferry ride to the resort!
On the way home, we'll coordinate your trip back to Catania Airport on Sunday, July 14th. You'll be dropped at the airport at 1:30pm and you'll coordinate your flight from there!
